Servicing the beautiful lakes and towns in the Muskoka - Parry Sound area, Coulson Bros Arboriculture is looking for arborists to join our fast growing team in the 2024 season!

What are we looking for in this climber position? Applicants will ideally possess the following;

- at least 2-3 years of experience climbing trees in a company setting

- knowledge of ropes, knots, rigging, climbing and tree cutting practices

- a passion and motivation to work with trees

- self-motivated and able to show up on time, ready to work

- strong leaderships skills and able to demonstrate this through job planning, training etc.

- a valid drivers license with a clean abstract (DZ license being an asset as we have a bucket truck in the fleet)

- professional and respectful to all crew members, clients and properties

- physically cable of lifting heavy objects and able to perform repetitive tasks over the course of 8-10 hour days, in all weather conditions

- knowledge of ISA standards and the Arborist Safe Work Practices

- capable of maintaining arb equipment (i.e. chainsaws, wood chippers, climbing/rigging gear etc.)
